No workbook? No problem! Convenors will share parts of the workbook on screen as needed. In this meeting, the convenor takes members through a discussion of a section of the "Recovery by Choice" workbook. As a jumping-off point for broader discussions of our sobriety, the tools we find useful, and how our perspectives and challenges change over time. Participants are not expected to have their own copy of the workbook ****LifeRing Secular Recovery follows a 3-S philosophy: Sobriety, Secularity, and Self-Empowerment. We invite participants to strengthen their Sober Selves to quiet the narrative of the Addicted Self. LifeRing offers a safe, nonjudgmental space to express yourself and explore your support objectives. We treat everyone with respect, and everything shared is confidential.
